I know some people have easy pregnancy’s but I am not one of those people.
During the first 15 weeks I was a mess. I was in pain due to fibroids, I was bloated, sick, and exhausted. I felt like someone drugged me every afternoon. I work long shifts at work and could barely make it through my day. My bloating made me look like I was 6 months pregnant. Getting to work was a challenge. Some days I just gave up and called in. I threw up outside my car in the driveway many times. I also had to pull over on my way to work most days to vomit. I swear people probably thought I was hungover! When I finally got to work treating patients was a struggle. I work in Physical Therapy so I have to treat all parts of people bodies which can be stinky! When you’re pregnant, your sense of smell is heightened and smells can make you feel sick. I ran to the bathroom so much at work that people probably thought I had the runs!
My work luckily was very understanding. I had to call out a lot due to fibroid pain, nausea and vomiting.
It’s the hardest Trimester for most and you can’t even tell people you are pregnant yet!
